It's great to hear that you are exercising and that they have your pain under control and that you are able to sleep. That is a remarkable improvement in just a few days. Imagine how much better it's going to be in a few weeks . . . months!
Thanks Bob. I am enjoying you posting here. I did come out these doors after walking up the nine floors I stairs :) Boy that will make the heart pump, and work up a sweat. Cheers!
